1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using soyayya.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Nigeria.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Partner Program (Affiliates)

By participating in the soyayya.xyz Partner Program, you agree to the following terms:

• Commission Rate: Partners earn a 20% recurring commission on all successful subscription payments.
• Duration: Commissions are payable for a maximum of one (1) year from the referred user's first payment.
• Payout Schedule: Payouts operate on a Net-14 basis (commissions are processed and paid 14 days after the end of the earning month).

4. Payments and Refunds

Credits purchased on the platform are non-refundable. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your dashboard settings.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts in Kano, Nigeria.
