1. Overview
These terms apply to the Soyayya.xyz Affiliate Program operated by Digital Cyberworld Ltd. By submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
2. Commissions & Tracking
- Affiliates earn a 20% commission on subscription payments made by referred users.
- Commissions are recurring but strictly capped at the first 12 months of a referred user's lifecycle.
- Referrals are tracked via a 60-day browser cookie. If the user clears their cookies or uses a different device to sign up, the referral cannot be tracked or credited.
3. Payouts
- Minimum Threshold: You must accrue a minimum of ₦5,000 in approved commissions to trigger a payout.
- Schedule: Payouts are processed on a Net-14 basis. This means commissions earned in one calendar month will be disbursed by the 14th of the following month to account for any refunds or disputes.
- Payments are made exclusively via direct bank transfer to Nigerian bank accounts.
4. Fraud & Prohibited Activities
Your account will be immediately terminated, and all pending commissions voided, if you engage in any of the following:
- Self-Referrals: Creating secondary accounts via your own link to gain a discount.
- Brand Bidding: Running Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ads on search engines (Google, Bing) targeting trademarked keywords such as "Soyayya", "Soyayya app", or "Soyayya AI".
- Spam: Sending unsolicited mass emails or posting spam on social media forums.
- Stolen Credit Cards: If a referred user issues a chargeback or uses a fraudulent payment method, the associated commission will be clawed back (deducted) from your ledger.
